Tom, Dick and Rastus returned from break at nursery school
Teach : What did you do at break Tom?
Tom   : I played in the Sandpit.
Teach : Very good, spell Sand.
Tom   : S.A.N.D!
Teach : Excellent.  What did you do Dick?
Dick  : I played in the Sandpit with Tom.
Teach : Good, spell Pit.
Dick  : P.I.T!
Teach : Good, now, Rastus, what did you do?
Harry : Well.. Tom & Dick wouldn't let me play in the sandpit 
        with them because I was black!
Teach : Tom!  Dick! Thats very very bad.  Thats racial discrimination.
        Rastus, spell Racial Discrimination.
